I just sent out another update on the mission trip to India in 2011. The trip is open to anyone high school through old school. If you want a little more info on the trip you can download it here. In the meantime, here's some basic information and the sign up form:
Dates and Finances
We're still waiting on the final word on the dates from the International Mission Board (the sponsors of this trip that we are partnering with). I know that's the biggest deciding factor for most of you - and we are working as hard as we can to nail that down. Once we have the date nailed down, we'll also be able to tell you the total cost of the trip - in the meantime, you should begin praying about your fundraising for this trip and think through creative ways to raise the money. We will encourage you to mail out donation letters (the money that anyone gives towards your trip WILL be tax deductible), but lets also brainstorm other ways for you to pay for this life changing trip.
Passport and Visas
If you do not have a current US passport - I strongly encourage you to go ahead and begin working on that. The sooner you apply, the easier it will be to secure everyone's visas when the time comes. Believe me, a last minute rush on your passport is expensive and stressful.
